make sure - unticked 'Use caching to decrease page loading times & tick 'Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences
have you tried SSKCC? for 21/22 for FM22 - https://sortitoutsi.net/content/59287/some-kits-not-working-sskcc2211-v01-for-ss202122-kits-on-fm22-only-new-241121

Reload skin, start a game.(not your current game)

OR

if your current game, you can do it yourself with an "in-game editor",

Possibly a stupid question - when you add an updated 3D kit how do you change the colour of the kit for the 2D view? With Swansea, for example, the away kit is blue in FM17 but this season's away kit is red.

Use the SSKCC as below, but only applicable for starting new game

Not sure if this has been answered before somewhere but I seem to be having some issues with clubs that are in the champions league where their kit doesn't show on the match screen. This only happens when it is a champions league game, a normal league game for the same team and the kit shows up normally. I have attached an example of what I mean when the kit doesn't show correctly.

I have this issue too. Any solution?
