Foulad's logos are all the same so maybe you are missing the pack they were in (FM16 Update 3).

I really don't understand, I restarted the game and it's the correct logo now. I have no idea what happened

Also Kremmen there is a mistake in Foulad (5512198)'s "small" logo, the round one. That is the logo of their youth team, their senior team is the same as their main "actual size" logo

Hey Kremmen FC Mashhad (ID 23379609) doesn't have a logo in the latest release even though it had a correct logo in previous releases.

Hey Kremmen,

there is one mistake in IDs: In FM17 the team with the ID: 23159438 changed names and consequently changed IDs as well. So please change your logos from ID 23159438 to ID 23379609
