I met same problem when download metallic logos pack. the speed is only 1xk/s....

Hi, I have download the face pack from fmhvibe.uk.co, for Football manager handheld 2014.
I have a idea to add PA rating and hidding attributes information on player photo.
See below examples.
Can I do it?
Some one said I need get permission from sortitoutsi.net.
