Thank you for getting back to me. I did receive the working code as well as the refund. It's only fair however now that the code is working that I do pay for the game, please let me know how I can do that (I don't want to just purchase it again as I don't want create more issues with the steam keys). Thank you again for your help.

It's crazy, it's almost been 48 hours since I purchased steam key which was advertised as "instant". Instead of an instant steam key however, I received a refresh button to keep clicking as I waited. When I posted a question, only response from the seller/website was to tag the admin. I did and still received no response. I tried contacting the seller through paypal, no response. In the meantime I finally did receive the steam key only to find out it's a duplicate. So considering the seller is not responding, I'm stuck until paypal escalates this next week, which means I'm out of the money and no Football Manager. Funny thing is this website is supposed to be running Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions right now, yet I guess no one is monitoring those.

@Footygamer It has now been over4 hours from when I purchased the steam key and still nothing. I wanted to support your website with all the work you had done. You have my money yet still no answer.
