Please don't enlarge images, for smaller sources you can make the cut in 180x180 pixels.

 

It's also recommended to use remove.bg to remove the background from the source image, it basically does all the work for you and gives very clean results.

The current facepack cutout belongs to Otávio Eleodoro Rezende Costa. I couldn't find him in the FM database.
