Hello there,

I have made several changes to my editor database. However, some changes have not saved as most have and are not seen when the game is loaded. For example, any team name change such as 'OM' to 'Marseille' or deleting common names (Coutinho to Phillipe Coutinho) are not saving as they once did before. Please help. Can you reinstall the game and editor from steam, if so how?
