i had same issue i made folder full permission still did not work but i found if i copied each folder separately instead of all in one it let me copy it no idea why that made any difference tho

 

I just tried, to go inside the folder and copy the files directly into it, but still the same issue.

Does anyone has issue with starting the game since last FM update? The game won't start and neither verifying game files, nor trying to rewrite the mod files. (because folder “interop” asks for administrator approval, which i give, but it still says, the acces to destination folder was denied. (the screen below is in czech language)
