in the images I have put you an example of FM20 of how it looks .. the important thing for the kits that we download to work is that there is the number 0 in all the strips (Socks - icon - shirt - shorts - text)

example of what happens when the number "0" is not present or instead as in the case of Chelsea in FM20 there is specific information for a competition.

in this case we find the "0" but we have in addition the specific order that in the champions league the shirt has slightly different colors. This small but significant change makes the game no longer recognize your kit that you have in the folder, but goes to generate the complete default classic of the game.

Now .. I don't have FM22 so for you the advice is to check the pre-game editor to see if there are any "errors" of this type, or check with the in-game editor, if you have it , if for Athletic Bilbao you find this type of information that makes it so that the 3d kit is not seen in-game.

to use the images you add, you must make sure that they have the same name as those in the folder, so my advice is, first make a backup copy of the kits in the folder, then to avoid making a mistake, copy the name of the image file and rename the two new images you want to replace (bilbao1 - bilbao2)

then, open the game, clear the cache, reload the skin and see one of the Atletico bilbao matches, if these kits work well, if these don't work either then you can solve the problem with the in-game editor.
