1. Why didn't NYCFC and Orlando City playing in MLS?

2. "Promotions and Relegations" file is not compatible with some files from germany with more than "Bundesliga", "2. Bundesliga" and "3. Liga"
Why?
LFC Update is comaptible, but i want to play with your file, not with his.
