i saw it to, i guess this is a mistake from one of the updaters?
It's because in the original SI Editor, the move from Hannover to Frankfurt is already put in. You have to buy the FM18 Pre-game Editor to remove it.

Hannover. Marius Wolf now has a contract of £6k per week until 30th June 2020.
