A 2 months injury is a serious one?

When a player get injuried his stats can decrease?

A player stats and attributes can increase by playing in the first team ( a youngster)?Or they only increase throught training?

I have a problem with the searching ..I found some list of players and coaches on the internet...when i search by the name of that player/coach in the game i cant find anything...What i am doing wrong?
