Last time I bought Football Manager on a disc was the 2011 edition. 

The graphics card isn't as important for FM so that won't matter much, as long as you have decent amount of RAM and run the game from an SSD.

I've used ShopTo for better part of ten years so it's definitely legit. They usually have good prices on Football Manager as well.
