Just to hijack this a little bit. Now the weather is improving what is a decent distance to aim for on a longish bike ride for someone that doesn't ride very much? I've got a decent enough road bike, and would say I'm in decent shape. Was thinking about 20-25 miles, which I reckon would take about 2 hours?

30 Miles is a pretty standard length, the time you take would all depend on your route though, more hills the longer it will take

Nice to see the team supporting the fans in the 77th minute walkout

The guy doing the BBC Sport commentary genuinely just questioned what effect a load of the fans walking out had on the players, we were 2 up against Sunderland ffs, the stadium could have been empty and we still should have won that.

Still at least if we carry on with this form we won't have to worry about the Europa League next season

How many extra calories are you taking in per day?

20 nuggets, 4 big macs with large fries, 2 chocolate sundaes and a diet coke please

Dirty bulk can be nasty though on the body at times.

At about 4000 atm, protein shakes are helping a lot tbf. Just tough maintaining that amount whilst also training and my jobs not exactly a set routine so just making sure to always stop and make sure i have something every couple of hours.

That sounds like a really weird problem.

Chocolate, pizza and American muffins are all calorie bombs you could stuff your face with, if it's just the calories you want.

The West Ham keeper kept them in that game, was impressed by the youngsters against West Hams first team, any other day we'd have won that comfortably.

6 months is an extremely long time to not be paid for a job you did.

Its as much my fault, took a while to send the invoice

thankfully now they're accepting it via email though so should be alot better. Tbh Adidas take about 3-4 months to pay for jobs even when invoices go through fine so its half expected.

Oh i will, just a pain because its work i did for Adidas Global so you have to post the invoices rather than just email them so every time i send it and they send it back for whatever reason i have to post it again so it takes bloody ages ha.

The heater on mine packed up a few weeks ago so i got the parts to fix that and sorted that (was only about £100 but still) also put 3 new tyres on it and now it needs like £700 worth of work doing to it
