Switched to a 4-2-3-1 and picked up a win. I decided small tactically changes make a difference. Instead of 8 instructions cut down to 3-4. Simplify things. Drop a couple of players with lower last 5 game averages. To

So I started a career unemployed. I accepted a job as Spartak Moscva second team. Board wanted league survival and media predicting relegation. Have had a fantastic season. Played 4-1-2-3 most of season. Was setting new club records. Went 13 games unbeaten. 7 wins on the bounce. Got to 8 games remaining. Wallop. Team can't score, can't defend, can't pass. So I keep trying to pick up the morale. Team meetings, not being to harsh away from home. Strikers that were put through a start of season were banging them in now just miss. I mean last game I hit the bar 4 times. This happens to me so much. Get in amazing position and then a collapse comes that I can't halt. I was top and now have lost 6 games on the trot and am in 6th. Really makes me feel cheated. Just wouldn't happen in real life. Anyway point is I need some tips. Is it a major tactic overhaul I need when that happens? Or minor tweaks? Drop players? Just lost with it. Feel gutted that the club was on for an unbelievable achievement and have just thrown it away. I feel I have no chance to make a difference. Any tips would be great.
