My guess would be that you've perhaps missed an update on have installed in the wrong order.

Can you post the file size of the clubs xml file and let me know how many files are in your 'graphics/ads' folder

I reinstalled and somewhat fixed parts?

Video ads now work but static ones aren't all there

No matter which skin i use there are always some panels that aren't permanent, if go into a players profile it will sometimes show something like Default Panels? then i can go to the next player and back again and the panels will now be correct like:
