What do the "club and comp updates" and "metallic logo fixes" files do? Are they optional?

That's not exactly my problem though, and it's happening with other logopacks as well. It has to be a mod conflict or something; I'll work it out and post when I get results.

Edit: It was my hard drive, not your logopack. You can close the thread now.

Reinstalled and I still have the problem. I'll be digging through the config files for a solution.

Edit: This is part of \Football Manager 2015\graphics\pictures\flags\medium\config.xml.
If I'm reading it correctly, it assigns "none.png" to every nation's logo. It still doesn't explain the problems with the competitions.

Edit #2: It's not your logopack. I had the same problem with another pack.

Some competition logos are also absent.

Edit to clarify: All club logos appear properly, but most nation and some competition logos are blank.
