I was struggling to find the Steam and Steam Apps folder etc using Mac with the new OS High Sierra but this link below shows how you can unhide your Library folder and then that will let you find the other folders.

Anyone with a Mac running the new OS High Sierra here is a link on how to show your Library and you can then access your Steam folders to delete and add the needed bits!
