Hello, I'm sorry to bother you.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my premium membership and was charged again. My English is not good, so I didn't fully understand the renewal/payment details.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but can I get a refund for this payment?

Now I've cancelled my PayPal subscription to prevent future payments. Also, I haven't downloaded any material since May 20th, when it was ganged up.
