Hi There,

Club
For Roda JC is it task no.1 to stay in the Dutch Eredivisie. They will be fighting against relegation where this club used to fight for Europa League as they aimed for places 6-12. Nowadays it is fighting to stay on at least the 15th place.

Squad info
We have some average to good strikers for this level: Richmond Boakye and Tomi Juric.
We have a AML, AMC and AMR which could be good for starting 11 in Tom van Hyfte, Daniel de Silva (Good potential) and Edwin Gyasi (High speed)
On the MC side we have mediocre players as Nathan Rutjes and Hicham Faik.
My defense duo are the two DCs Arjan Swinkels and Gibril Sankoh, as backup Bart Biemans.
My left back was a good one accoring my team report, this is Ard van Peppen. My right back will be Henk Dijkhuizen with Martijn Monteyne as back up.
Goalkeeper is Bram Verbist.

I would like to play 4-2-3-1 Wide, with 2 MC (1 Advanced playmaker - Support and a Bal-winning midfielder - Defend). My AMR and AML are both Wingers - Attack. My AMC is Advance Playmaker - Attack) The striker is the Target man -Attack. My Backs are set as Full Back - Support and de DCs are both as Defend. I play a Counter mentality with Fluid Team shape.

Higher Tempo, Fairly Wide, Deeper defense line, Use tighter marking, Stay on feet, Clear ball to flanks, Pass into space, More direct passing, Look for overlap, Work ball into box.

Problems:
It is not working at all. To low level teams I win with 1-0, 2-0 or 2-1. Nothing impressive where i should win these matches with at least 3-0/4-0. Do not stand a change to competition. I cannot make a good tactic even when I see that my squad is most suitable for X formation. I played FM since 2005 and it went good every time. Since FM2014 I am losing my game motivation because I cannot make a good tactic.
