Seven victories from 9 games 1 draw and 1 defeat from Genclerbirligi were our results from the last games for the season.We managed to win the title after the game against Boluspor where we won with 4:0 and Fenerbahce lost.Two league trophies for 2 seasons-Besiktas is at the top in Turkey again.

We won the league again.This time Galatasaray finished in 2nd place and Fenerbahce(later they sacked their manager) in the 3rd position.Genclerbirligi was the suprise of the season finishing in the 4th place and qualified for the Europa League Qualifying phase.Antalyaspor(newly promoted team) survived in the SuperLig.Akhisar Adana D.S and Boluspor got relegated from the SuperLig.

Finally !! We won the Ziraat Turkish Cup after a dramatic final with Galatasaray(again) and this time we beat them and won the cup.After a nice run only 1 draw and only victories and final victory on penalties against Galatasaray was the best way to get our revenge against them.Second trophy for the season !

Sosa won the top goalscorer award in the tournament and we got the cup.

In the european tournaments for another season we failed and we were eliminated from Borussia Mönchengladbach (1:4)

I don't think that PSG can be stopped right now.

Kerim Koyunlu was in the 2nd place in the Player Of The Year award and Kokorin won the award as Pedro Franco was in the 2nd place for Foreign Player Of The Year.

A-Leave Besiktas cuz i won the League 2 times and the cup so i just didn't managed to get the SuperCup ?

B-To stay another season in Besiktas and try to win the SuperCup and achieve something in european tournaments ?

Another 10 games and another great performance from us in the league.We got 6 victories from 10 games and 4 draws without losing a game and that keeps us in the 1st place in SuperLig.

Besiktas is everywhere.

We won our next 3 games in the group and qualified for the next round of the tournament where we played again with Fenerbahce and again we eliminated them with 1:0.Also in the group stage against Aydinspor1923 we scored 8 goals and that was a record for the Ziraat Turkish Cup.In the Quarter-Finals we played with Eskisehirspor and after two legs we managed to eliminate them with 2:1.We will face Basaksehir in the Semi-Finals of the tournament and our goal is to win the cup so ... we will try to eliminate them too and hope to face again Galatasaray on the final.

We are in the next roun of Europa League after eliminating Steaua 0:0 away and 3:0 victory at home qualified us for the next round of the tournament where we will play with Borussia Mönchengladbach.

We played our first 15 games in the league and we got 12 victories 2 draws and 1 defeat against Trabzonspor.We managed to beat Fenerbahce with 4:0 again (our rivals for the title ) as you know in the last season we finished with 1 point difference.Also we beat our 2nd rival Galatasaray with 2:0 and we got our revenge against them for the SuperCup game in the beggining of the season.We managed to beat the 3 newly promoted teams Antalyaspor (2:0) Adana D.S. (5:0) and Boluspor (2:1).

As you can see we are in the 1st place after 15 games our rivals are 2nd and 3rd ( Fenerbahce and Galatasaray ) but i want to talk about the newly promoted teams in my opinion Adana D.S. is the only team that should be relegated from the newly promoted teams Boluspor and Antalyaspor can fight for their place in the Super Lig cuz Antalyaspor have money and Boluspor have the potential but we will see what will happen in the next 19 games till the end of the season.Kayseri Erciyesspor Adana D.S. and Akhisar Belediyespor should be relegated in the end of the season.

Kokorin became our best signing as you can see from the stats.

That was something really good for us in the european tournaments.As you can see we managed to win our first 3 games in THAT group against teams like Chelsea,PSG and Dynamo Kyiv and then lost the next 3 games against them.We learned that we must be focused in every game and not just think that we can qualify for the next round when we have 3 wins from 3 games.We failed to take a point from our next 3 games and we finished 3rd in that group ...it's not bad actually is pretty good result for us against teams like PSG and Chelsea(current champions) but that was a lesson for us and we can use it in the next season.

3 victories from 3 games was good enough for us but last season we won the all games in the group stage so we can do it again.This time the goal is not only to reach the final but to win the cup..for now everything is fine.

Our new kits for the new season.As you can see our home kit is all white the away kit is black and white (traditional colors of the club) and our third kit is all in black.

Also i signed a new contract with Besiktas so let's get to work and start the season !

Our main transfer target said that he don't want to play for Besiktas JK..that was disappointing but club is more important than one player so we moved on.

Last season we were unable to buy players because of our transfer budget but this season we did some good transfers.As you know in the end of the last season we signed with Joao Pereira from Hannover96 our next transfer was Alexandr Kokorin from Dinamo Moscow we bought a striket cuz Ba was the only class striker that we have and Mustafa Pektemek and Cenk Tosun left the club Tosun was on loan to Motherwell.We signed with 3 more players the Romanian winger Gabriel Torje from Udinese the central midfielder Manuel Konrad from F.Erienbruch and signed with Josh Lelan central defender that was on trials in Yeovil but they didn't signed with him so we bought him and sent him on loan at the newly promoted Boluspor

We had 4 games before the start of the league.3 friendly games and 1 one game for the Super Cup of Turkey.We won our 3 friendly games against Red Star(3:1) Umraniyespor(2:0) and the last game against Wits(4-1).We were ready for the game against Galatasaray and for the SuperCup but we lost the game with 1:0....they scored from a penalty and won the SuperCup.Also our first game in the league is against Sivasspor.It's not an easy team to play against as you know we lost our first game in the league last season so we have to start with a victory even that we lost against Galatasaray

Referees still hate us......winning a trophy with a penalty that is not a penalty is unfair...

We did a really good season even without any transfers and that money will help us for the next season to improve the squad and buy some class players ( Ricardo Quaresma,Gardos and a good forward )

Our goal in that tournament was to reach the final atleast that was the board expectation and we did it after a two difficult games against our biggest rival Fenerbahce 0:1 defeat at home and 1:2 victory away we were through to the Semi-Finals where we played with Trabzonspor 2:2 in the first leg and 2:0 victory in the second leg secured a place for us in the final ..... where we played with our 2nd rival Galatasaray and we played our worst game for the season.... in the end we failed and lost the game 1-4 (and the cup).In the next season we will try to win that trophy too not just to reach the final.

We did our first transfer and we signed with Joao Pereira from Hannover and that is just the beggining of the transfers for the next season.

Eight wins,one defeat and one draw.These are the results from our next ten games.We managed to beat big teams like Bursaspor and Trabzonspor also we get our revenge against Mersin I.Y. with 3:0 victory as you know they won against us in the first game of the season so now we got our revenge.It was disappointing result against Rizespor that unexpected defeat with 1:0 at home was really bad and that 0:0 draw against Kasimpasa ... in that game we were so unlucky we had like 20 shots 10 on target and in the end game finished 0:0 that was a good result for them but not for us.

And after ten games we are in the first place in the league.We have still 16 games and if we win ten of them we can win the league for sure.

We are doing really fine.In the end of the season we can win the league and the Turkish Cup and for the next season (if we win the league) we will play in the Champions League groups so that will be really good.

But of course we offered a new contract for our best players.Gokhan Tore and Oghuzhan Ozyakup signed a new contract with the club and that means that we can improve our squad instead of selling the good players.

We finished in the last place in our group with 4 points.We managed to beat Fiorentina once and finished 1:1 with Everton and lost the other games.It was poor performance again in european tournaments but we have to change that for the next seasons.

We won our 6 games in the group stage and we qualified for the Fourth Round of the tournament.It was easy group stage even that we palyed twice with Basaksehir we beat them twice with 1:0 and 2:0.

The season started away from our stadium ...we played with Mersin I.Y. in the first round of the league and we lost the game with 0:1 it was disappointing start to the season but it was normal after the games from the Champions League we were in a bad mood ... 0 confident.After that we played our first home game from the season against Torku Konyaspor and we managed to get our first victory after 2:1 victory and first 3 points for the season.Then we lost our first big game against Bursaspor with 1:0 after a penalty in the 92nd minute that was another disappointing result for us after our first victory but it was just the beggining of the season so it wasn't that bad..And after that game we changed everything 6 victories and 1 draw against Basaksehir was just awesome 2 of these 6 victories were against our two rivals .....Galatasaray 2:0 victory and Fenerbahce 2:1 victory and they are in the 1st place in the league right now.

We have to keep our run if we want to finish at the top in the end of the season ... it's brilliant season in the league for now.

We are in the 2nd place for now.Waiting for Fenerbahce to make a mistake in the next games so if we win our games we will go to the top and will be the leaders of the turkish "Super Lig ".The top where Besiktas JK must be !!

The draw was been made and we are going to play with 2 second division teams and 1 team from the " Super Lig " - Basaksehir.When we met in the league we finished 1:1 but i think we can beat them this time and go through the next round of the tournament.The 2nd divison team in my opinion won't be a big problem so we can achieve the qualifying for the next round of the tournament.

Back in the reality.Poor performance in the european tournaments .... only 1 point from 4 games was just terrible for us..and we were 100% out from the tournament...we even couldn't battle for the 2nd place .... we have to change that in the next seasons .... that is the problem of Besiktas poor performances in the european tournaments ....

Another penalty against us..i think they hate Besiktas....

We have 2 more games from the group stage but they are not important anymore cuz we are out from the tournament in the group stages.Another poor season in the european tournaments.....

Johno - It was impossible with Grimsby to win a promotion while playing like this that's why i resigned.

I lost my save with Grimsby..BUT the challenge is the same from the bottom to the top ! And the interesting thing is that im the manager of " The best Turkish Football Club - Besiktas JK and also my favourite turkish club.The challenge is the same because Besiktas is struggling in the last years in the league and in the Europe tournaments so i will try to wake up that big football club turkish " Black Eagles " !!

I'll start with the story.To be honest im a fan of Besiktas from the last season...some of you will say that im not a real fan but im and i support them for the turkish football clubs.For the first time i watched them in the Europa League last year when they eliminated Liverpool on penalties that was awesome and their fans were awesome.So that's why i will be the manager of Besiktas JK.

Like i said we are starting from the bottom and that's are the stats and how im starting my career at Besiktas JK.

Some info about the club.Besiktas JK is a turkish professional football club with impressive training facilities and adequate youth facilities.The club plays their home games at Ataturk Olympic Stadium ..the national stadium of Turkey and that is because their stadium is under construction ( Inonu Stadium ) and the club will have a new stadium named Vodafone Arena.In the beggining i said that the team struggles last years and its true ... y they finished 2nd last season and qualified for the Champions League qualfication rounds as you can see but they are not doing anything in these games...in the league is the same the last time Besiktas won the league was in season 2008-09.Galatasary and Fenerbahce...the two teams that in the last 4-5 years are favourites for the title and Besiktas can't do anything against them we have to change that !

The club chairam set 435k for transfer budget and that was terrible ... but he said that that's the money that we have now and we can't have anymore for transfer..that means that we can't get new players and that's why our transfer window went only in selling players.

Ricardo Quaresma - Our main target is Ricardo Quaresma he played at Besiktas JK from 2010 till 2012 when he left and signed with Al-Ahli.We will try to bring Q17 again in Besiktas.

- Florin Gardos-Right now playing at Southampton the central defender is our main target for the defence in our team.

So bad pre-season.Only one victory against FK Austria Wien ...in the other games we played so bad and you can see it.Defeat against FC Red Bull Salzburg and that 0:3 defeat against AFC Astra was really bad result even for a friendly game.The problem was that i wasn't sure how we will start the season after these friendly games that we played ( and lost ).

It was difficult because after 120 minutes P.Franco (our central defender) scored in the last minutes of the extra time and i was sure that if we go into the penalties we will lose but Franco saved us.

In the play-offs we hosted Zenit at home and everything start so well.Ba scored in the 11th minute to give us the lead but .... in the end of the first half our right back was sent off and we were 10vs11 and the result was 1:1 even like that it was okay i was believing that we can get a result in the 2nd leg that will qualify us in the group stages BUT the referee had other plans for the game and this time our left back was sent off in the 74 minute and that was the end .... 9vs11 against Zenit in the play-offs of the Champions League was impossible ..... we lost the game 1:4 and 2nd leg was just like a friendly game ....we lost the 2nd leg too with 3:0 and we were out for another season from the Champions League.

Even that we were out from the Champions League we qualified for the Europa League and the reason was because we reached the play-off round of the Champions League ... We will try to give our best in the tournament but just look at this group...Fiorentina,Everton ? It will be a really tough and interesting battle for the next round.

After a bad run when we were near the end of the season that 1:1 with Alfreton was enough for me and i took a difficult decision but was the best for the team and for me so i resigned.I just wasn't able to make them play a good football the defence was awful maybe it was my fault but .. attack was unpredictable.Sometimes we were playing really nice but sometimes we were like a team that battles to avoid a relegation so that decision was the best option for me and for the team.

I left Grimsby at the 12th place and hope they can improve in the next seasons cuz after all they are a good team.

Goodbye Blundell Park....

Sweet revenge against Altrincham FC.In the beggining of the season we lost 2:0 against them ...they scored the goals from 2 penalties and that wasn't fair ... but this time we managed to get the 3 points against our " boogey team " and it wasn't just a victory we were behind 1:0 but in the end won with 1:3 and that was just the perfect start to the new month.

After the victory against Altrincham we got two home games and we couldn't get the 3 points from them as we only get 2 points from these games against Kidderminster and Woking.Then we were away against AFC Telford and got a late victory with 2:0 as we scored in the last 20 minutes of the game.
After the game against AFC Telford we hosted Forest Green they were in the 4th place and we expected a tough game but actually the game was pretty easy or we just played really good " like a champion " and won another 3 points.But then we lost 2 games against Macclesfield and Lincoln with 1:0 ,victory against Dover with 4:0 and another 2 draws against Macclesfield and Barnet

Our problem is that we can't keep our run and after 1-2 victories we start a bad run and that bad run is our only problem for the season ...we have to find a way how to keep our form,morale,motivation for every game..

I signed for another year with Grimsby Town and i want to be in that team till i achieve my goals with the team.

The FA Cup ended for us after a nice run.... we eliminated Worcester and Doncaster Rovers and after 1:1 at home with Chesterfield and an away defeat against them we are out from the tournament.

But in the FA Trophy we are doing just fine.Eliminated Southport after 120 minutes at our Blundell Park with 2:1 and in the next round we were away against Harrogate and smashed them with 5:1 so we are waiting our next opponent in that tournament.... and to be honest i think we can win or atleast reach the Semi-Finals of the tournament this season if we play like that in every next game.

Our first outgoing transfer is that loan deal for Dale.I will use him in the future but for now the loan move is the better option.

We played another 10 games 11 actually with the FA Cup games and after these games i think we finally found our style ... playing possesion and attacking football with whiped crosses by the flanks is our style and i saw that works in the last 3-4 games so i hope in the next games we can continue like that and make a run from 10 games without defeat to go up instead of going down...For the FaCup we are doing really nice eliminated Doncaster Rovers a team from League 1 was something special and that shows that we are going in the right way.But i preffer to lose the FaCup games and win the league games where is our goal this season.

It's not fair ref its not fair ....

It's sad that we don't have any player here but that can change in the next games if we continue to play like the last 4-5 games.Our striker Hamish Watson is surely one of the best players in the Vanarama Conference and he has a place in that "Player Stats" table.

After 20 games we are in the 8th place but that is not enough for a promotion or play-offs .... in the next games we have to look to win our games.We have to play smart i prefer to win the games even with 1:0 but just to win them instead of doing some insane games like 5:3 or something like that we simply just have to win 3 points from every game.

These are our objectives for all the competitions that we are going to play...but our primary goal is to win a promotion

We lost our first game in the league ...bad way to start the season but we still trying to find our style so its okay for now .

It's not nice when you draw like that .... they scored in the 89th minute for 2:2 ... and we got only a point from that game .... We have to work on defence in the last mintues.

It's nice to have a player that plays in the National team.That shows that even when we are at the bottom we can have some good players.

Our first 10 games from the league.Not a bad start but we have to improve 3 wins from 10 games is not so good but for the start of the season is ok....The problem is that our games are too often and players get tired more for each game .... but that's not Premier League so we have to improve our game and in the end to achieve our goal.

Our season objective is only one to win a promotion ! It will be hard ... first because i never managed a weak team ...im saying weak cuz its not like Ludogorets that is trying to get into the Champions League Groups every year this time is different but im happy with my team and i think that we can achieve that.

Our first and only transfer.A winger that can help us a lot in attack.I want to play attacking and possesion football to control the game whole 90 minutes ... and play fast attacking football...and a bit expressive ... somekind of beautiful different for that league thats how we can achieve our goal.

Our starting eleven is this...I will play everyplayer that shows a good performance because in that league there are no stars but for now this is our starting eleven.Also i can't bring anymore players ..i can't even offer new contracts to the players that are already in the team so we will try to win every game and win that promotion.

After the friendly games that we played i think we are ready for the start of the season where we'll face Bristol Rovers.I saw a really good players like our goalkeeper James McKeown and our striker Hamish Watson they will be the leaders of that team.

We reached the final but we lost against Levski Sofia with 2:1 .....

We tried everything to win the league title again ..... but in the last game the draw wasn't enough and we finished in the 2nd place .... that was the worst season .... from the start of that career......

For now im manager of Ludogorets but if an offer cames from Romania or Turkey ... maybe i will leave Ludogorets .....my goal was to win everything in the top league of Bulgaria but i failed again on winning the Bulgarian Cup and that's why ...maybe i will leave Ludogorets...

In our last game we played with Shakhtar and got a point after 1:1 draw..but it wasn't enough for us and we are out from the tournaments.

The last time i said that we are good in the league ...but we are not good in the league too...this is maybe the worst season from the start of that career....Many players left the club but we bought new players and im sure that they are better players except from Junior Caicara that was from the class of the world wing-back's but we are Ludogorets and we can't just give the title... we will fight.

Victory against Haskovo with 2:0 was a good result for us and we won 3 points from that game.

In the next game ( derby game) undeserved red card for Cosmin Moti won the game for Litex.....like the whole Bulgarian Football Union was against us....

I really don't know how we lost that game against the newly promoted Chernomorets Burgas.We were out from the Champions League we lost our final chance to qualify for the Europa League and now we lost two games in a row in the league....

Things are bad right now with the club but we need to end that bad run and atleast win the league again and that Bulgarian Cup that we are trying to win from the beginning.

Good start to the tournament after 3:1 victory against Valencia at home.

In the second game we lost against Shakhtar Donetsk with 3:1 and that was really a bad result because our goal was to qualify for the next round....

Two games against BVB in the first one we got a point after finishing 1:1 but in the second game we lost with 1:2.

In our fifth game from the group stages we lost again this time against Valencia.

In the league we are doing fine.We are not in the first place but we are winning and soon we will be in the first place im sure because we are the champions...we are Ludogorets.
