First of all, I loaded every league in Oceania plus 10 levels of England and down to the National 3 league in France. I holiday-ed to the 1st July 2018, to give all the tiny nations with limited datatbase to hire mangers etc. It seems Kiribati, FS Micronesia and Wallis and Futana have a tiny or non-existent database as they were unable to fill many/any mangerial postions, possibly due to the lack of FIFA membership. I applied for all jobs in Oceania.

As you can see, I wasn't the most popular candidate and this confirms my suspicions that the lowere the levels that you load in, the harder it is to get a job than if you were to leave the base leagues.

I did, however, recieve 2 interviews from the second divisions of Tahiti and Vanuatu.

Having advanced a day, I had another interview, over Skype of course as I am still livnig in home in England at this point, this time with a 3rd division New Zealand outfit.

I recieved my first offer from AS Taravao from Tahiti. This was the inital offer:

Not bad for a first wage, Tahitian football must be very lucrative. My parents agreed to loan me enough for my flight but after that I'm on my own so money is important. I've delayed for a week to see if I get a better offer.

The Vanuatan club, Westtan Broncos FC did offer me the job but their initial age was tiny as as you can see they could get nowhere near Taravao so I rejected them instantly.

I made it 3/3 for interviews to job offers and it looks like we are gonna end up at Maycenvale United as this was their inital offer:

And I accepted the offer. I was expecting to have to manage in the Pacific, and I still might but working my way up in New Zealand also sounds pretty appealing.
So £350 per week is an amazing first wage. So, naturally, I went house hunting. The club is in the city of Hastings on the North Island of New Zealand. Our monthly income will be around 2700 NZD. Around 1000 of this will go into spending and savings which leaves us 1700 for rent.

That's 800 NZD left over per month and having been giving my first month's wage in advance, I managed to pick up this bad boy:

It was the only one aound the Hawke's Bay area and I managed to pick it up for 400NZD on bid.

So car and house sorted, it's time to get on a plane, have a bunch of meetings and have a look at the squad.

Got rid of a lot of people. Liu Jianye - former captain - returns from a spell at Fuli, the only real good signing out of those 3. Guo Hao is about to be sold - he has been awful. :p

Looks like a good career hopefully you can fire them to the Champions League aha Idea for a transfer Benoit Assou-Ekotto just been released from Spurs used to be a hero there

First half of my second season with Jiangsu. Bit up and down mostly good - sitting fifth at he moment. Transfers to comafter the July window.

Inexplicable collapse in the final minutes of the 2nd leg mean we don't come away with a trophy. Aside from that a fantastic season especiall after all the transfers I brought it and we could be challenging for the title next year!

Massive overhaul of the transfers! Some good buys. Some friendly faces. I have made a squad capable of competing next season for the top places. Date Joined: 9th May. This is at the end of my first transfer window.

Results since I've joined a real turnaround. Also great results in the cup; another trophy heading my way perhaps? Joined: 9th May

Joined halfway through season. Tough expectations but I think I can pull it off!

Chinese club Jiangsu offered my an interview and have now approached me. It was a tough decision but I want a fresh start and they have much better resources. I will really miss the Phoenix though. :'

Mixed season. First trophy under my belt but a disappointing start to the league. Will stay for one more season and we will see where it goes.

Had to beat Adelaide on the final day to reach the play-offs! Much better second half of the season though.

Couple more transfers. Good loan players. Perica has been excellent. Howieson had been good when called upon. Glover is yet to play he is second in command to Glen Moss!

Advance to the final in the cup! Unfortunately start to the season has been poor but signs we are improving definitely. Outside chance of the play-offs.

Not a bad pre-season. Through to the cup QFs. Not a great star in the league but will hopefully push on.

Some decent signings especially El-Hadji Diouf. Went on holiday for a day to skip an easy friendly and they terminated Krishna contract which explains that resigning. Curtis Good's loan has been extended for another season as well.

Yeah not a bad season. Will hope to push for play-offs and do a bit better in the cup as well.

Great season from Scott McDonald, Michael McGlinchey and Roly Bonevacia. They're my top 3 players for this season in my opinion!

New Contract

Transfers after January Transfer Window. Released a couple that we just signed and brung back one that we released. Jimmy Kebe a great signing though!

Secondary tactic going to be used when Scott McDonald is away at the Asian Cup.

Just about going to qualify for the play-offs. Hopefully, will get a few more points.
