When do you make subs?

Is it when a player reaches a certain physical condition and if so what number?

Is it performance??

Is it time related eg you always like to make one around 60 min mark.

Just curious to see how others play the game when it comes to subs and if all 3 are used each match.

Yeah fair enough it is alot of rules and stuff but its crazy fun sometimes, you should try following a team in it one year your top next your bottom ahha good old salary cap I guess thats the point of it to make things even.

My second suggestion would be I'd love to see you do India

Good job in the ACL was a very tough group. It always is.
