the game does seem to through around silly transfer budgets for big clubs. And i mean every transfer window. I once had so much for Man City I couldnt keep up with the spending it got to the point where I was running out of players to want to buy. boring much

and u are using way to many team instructions. Use a max of 3-4 to start with and add and remove as needed.

Yes your tactics are drosh mate.

Stick to the basic

if u want possession use things such as low tempo, play out of defence, work ball into box and shorter passing.

If u want counter or direct use higher tempo, more direct, and run at defence

So I have accepted a job in Scotland!!!

Pretty excited to get my hands dirty, I will be using a 4-4-1-1 and look to play very simple counter attacking football.

So the league as it currently stands

Yeah its pretty tricky I normally do like team training and leave the individual to ass man and change if I notice a problem or high workload.
