I started out at "My Club" Birmingham City, I wanted to ensure the club was stable, in the meantime progressing my young players. After first taking charge, I realised that the amount of players at the club was colossal. I therefore sent my younger players out on loan. After a good start with my slightly more experienced players, 8 games in, W5 D1 L2, 6th in the table. My more experienced players, Robinson, Spector, Duffy, Grounds and Thomas, Novak all proving good free transfers from previous manager a Lee Clark.

My first complications of FM 15 struck, following 8 games W0 D1 L7! Robinson Grounds Spector Gleeson Eardley Thomas all turned woefully bad!

I had a new lease of life, decided to rejig the squad and play all players that have potential! Clayton Donaldson, spearheading the attack, Koby Arthur, Demerei Gray, Reece Brown, Callum Reilly, David Cotterill and Shinnie, all of which have great potential and current abilities. Will Packwood Grant Hall at the heart of the defence Hancox in at LB and Caddis at RB, supported by Lee Novak who plays absolutely anywhere! This new balanced squad has took me too the end of February. Since the rejig my record as manager has been great, the young players are developing supported by the mid 20 players who are still offering a lot to the team, With current tactics and emphasis on younger players, P16 W11D3L2!
