As you may appreciate, we have no control over your internet speed or provider, so if it's a problem at their end, then there's not much we can do Is download speed and consistency for other larger files from elsewhere also slow? Try restarting your modem and/or router - that may help.

If you think it's clearly an issue from our servers, then please post in this forum so that Rob, our site admin, can check from things our end

As I suspected, the files have not been extracted yet. It's a bit like buying something from the shop, not opening the packaging and wondering why they don't work The good news for you is that at least the hard part is done, however. Just download winrar and double-click on the file ending part01. I believe the files are linked and that opening the first file will extract ALL the remaining files. Then have a look at the OP and follow the instructions on how to place them in the correct folder for the game to read them and how to amend your FM preferences to make the game display the images.

Same goes for the icons pack.

As an aside, I am also the creator of the Real Names Fix file, which is shown in your screenshot, and you also need to read the installation instructions and follow them carefully, as it won't work like that, either.

I'm sorry for being so incompetent. I'm usually very good with computers, but where can I download 'Winrar' from? Lots of different things appear when I type it on Google. I've downloaded some things that say 'Winrar' but they're different. Could you link a site to download it from?

I suspect you haven't extracted the downloaded files as the teams you mention are licensed in FM and therefore already have player faces out of the box. As explained earlier, you should use winrar (or an equivalent) to extract the compressed megapack files.

Can you please post a screenshot of your megapack folder so I can see the layout and perhaps spot what's wrong? You should have 150,000+ images in it...

Hi all,

I've downloaded the Facepack in 16 parts, converted the files on my Mac with WinZip, created a 'Graphics' file and placed the files into it. I've also followed the procedure regarding 'Clear Cache' and 'Reload Skin'. However, very few faces are actually present on the game. The Real Madrid team have faces; the Juventus team have faces; the Barcelona team have faces. Presumably other players also have faces, but the majority don't.

Can anyone help?

Hi all,

I've downloaded the 'Cut Out Player Faces' on my Mac in 16 parts. I've moved them into 'Documents' - 'Sports Interactive' - 'Football Manager 2015' - 'graphics' and followed the procedure regarding 'Preferences' and 'Interface' in-game. However, the faces do not appear on the game and when I try to click the documents, the following message appears:

'You can't open the application StuffIt Expander because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.'

Can anyone offer help?
