Sorry not really clear what the problem is, you've deleted the update and installed the new version and it isn't working? Can you post some screenshots of what the error message is

See all the blue circle arrow things….im wondering as they say they are pending, does this mean the files arent actually there/downloaded

i downloaded a transfer update about a week ago, all good. went to do one yesterday and to no avail. have deleted all remnants of this one as well as the previous and still got nowhere. some of the files are saying pending syncing (onedrive) could this be an issue??
