So the club don't expect anything from me this season except to stay in the division.Im baffled how a team can get relegated and have such low expectancy on them from all angles.I don't think the cup is going to be won with this club so it is good to see theres no pressure there.

Good choice mate.I know your only likely be there for 1-2 seasons but they are a proven team when it comes to top youngsters.Will be interesting to see another luka modric or mateo kovacic.

After the exodus of players who decided to run their contracts down I had to rebuild the team.With absolutely no money available and only a part time contract and wage of £110 a week maximum I knew it was going to be hard going.I was surprised though with the amount of players still willing to come to us and even drop down a division.A decent transfer window by our standards.

A mixed bag in terms of pre season results really.Morale isn't that bad considering we have just been relegated.The lack of clean sheets is bothering me a bit though.

Despite being a relegated club and (in my own opinion) strengthening the playing staff we are only 9th favourites.I would put a tenner on us winning it for sure.

I only managed to play in 3 games with B71 and as I joined an already relegated team I wasn't expecting much.The first 2 matches were poor.The teams morale was poor to abysmal and me taking over and any team talks didn't change that in the slightest.I did manage a great 3-0 win away to the other relegated team though so it wasn't all doom and gloom.

So we ended up 21 points from safety and now is where the real work begins.

Cheers for reading lads.Not been on much at all as got a lot of personal stuff to sort out.

So after my success in Fiji I wanted to come to Europe.As mentioned above I haven't loaded up any major nation deciding to manage in another of the smallest countries in world football.

After 9 months without a job I didn't want to just jump in to any job.This career is about winning all the trophies in the nation I am managing in so I couldn't really go to a top division club if I could manage in a lower division as I then would have to drop down the tiers to complete the nation.

But then I noticed a job opening.

B71 (Real name being Bóltfelagið 1971) had been doomed in the top flight of the faroe islands for some time.I decided to express an interest (My first interest in a job since labasa) to test the water a bit.Just to see if there was any chance of them wanting me.

Wasn't ideally the response I was looking for.They stated I wasn't all that experienced and they would carry on looking.

Despite them laughing at my employment history they did give me the chance to get my foot in the door.I know I had to suck up to them to stand any chance of getting the job.

Must of done something right as I was then offered a 1 year contract.So hopefully I can achieve the first division title in 1 season otherwise it might be a year wasted.

As I mentioned they are already relegated and the squad is in disarray.There is a lot of contracts up at the end of the season and none of them are willing to resign because of the relegation.Gutted as I will have to completely rebuild the squad.Going to be a massive task.

Those months can really do you in.When your not playing bad enough to lose but somehow you don't play good enough to win.At least one of the draws was in the semi and you managed to go through on penalties.Like you said 4th is most probably out of reach but an FA cup final appearance and top 6 finish isn't all bad.

Cheers johno.I have loaded up a few more leagues.The leagues are only in Europe.None of the top leagues as I don't want just jump from a Fijian club to an English,spanish or german club regardless of the division.I will have the Andorra,azerbaijan,faroe islands,kazakhstan,malta and san marino leagues loaded up with the oceanic ones gone to ensure I keep playing at a good speed.

So I decided to quit right away and I will be going on holiday to the new year so that the other leagues will get loaded up quicker.Unfortuntely the only the Kazakhstan and san faroe islands leagues will be loaded up in January so chances are I will be in one of their divisions.

Tricky group really.Lost my first match but won my last 2 to set up a semi final with lautoka.

Twice I had to come from behind.This was a very nervy game and you don't see it there but I won on penalties.

After not being able to get on in 2 days for family reasons I am hoping to wrap it up tonight.Already thinking of where next.Should I stay in oceania or look elsewhere?Im only loading 1 continent up at a time though.
