Hi, first of all I wanna thank you for amazing jobs with the face packs every year..

But this year I dont understand what I have done wrong, all the logos, kits and trophies is working but I cant get the faces to show? 

I have downloaded the full mega pack and also the first update. 

 

same thing happened to me. i recently move my default sport interactive documents to Drive “D”, logo , kit, skin works just fine but the face wont. any solution for this matter?
