I have just downloaded the latest version of the FM24 Data Update and run a test - I am not able to replicate the issue you are reporting. Each of Lazio, Napoli & Juventus have their real-life Presidents.

 

Are you able to confirm whether you are using any other custom files alongside the SortItOutSI Data Update?

 

With the January 6th update, the issue has been resolved.

Good morning, with the new transfer market updates, I have encountered some problems, some teams like Lazio, Napoli, Juventus etc. etc. do not have a president, the role is assigned to regen.

Hi guys, I've encountered a problem with new fm24 updates. Basically, when I upload them, some team presidents are removed. Examples: Lotito, De Laurentis, etc., etc., and regens are added in their place.

no ... it does not work well ... because in the current game you can not change the player's instruction, if you click on the player it sends you to the profile ....
