i want to start my db with foreign restrictions in squad but after 5 years or more to automatically change them to non-eu .

something like serbian league

serbia 2015

serbia 2020

but without making any db changes.

the only way i can do this is with db changes by adding European Union in Nations Treated as Non-Foreign and a future date

is it possible to do this without db changes?
