I was wondering if anyone could explain why Manager Awards do not appear in the game - more specifically Yearly 'World' awards - such as the FIFA World Coach of the Year award. Even if you create them yourself they do not seem to show in-game.
The player ones are fine, just non-player ones are a bit of an issue.

Generally this seems to be true with the latest FM, there have only been a couple of youngsters my DoF has tried to buy and I've used to editor to check their PA and not been very amused. On the whole the scouts and your DoF do well at targeting talent if they've got good stats (judging PA, CA, etc).

£207m of talent so far, including Alex Sandro, Lamela, Munain, Mkhitaryan, Balanta, Mitrovic, Umtiti, Yarmolenko, Barkley, Hughes, Vitinho, Moi Gomez, Schweinsteiger, and a few regens.
What tactics are you using?
In my first season i didn't even utilise wingers, using a tactic carried over from FM13. Currently been using a 4-2-3-1 for a couple of years, working perfectly. Full backs, central defenders, a defensive and automatic minded central mid pairing, a trequartista, advanced playmakers on the attacking wings, and an advanced forward. Fluid, and controlling.
Enjoying this so far, but i will start a new game when the full post-beta is released.
