Excellent database William, was wondering if you knew how to regionalise the early rounds of the League Cup

Hi, I've just found this forum, was wondering if anyone could help me, I've edited the whole Scottish League, a 16-10-16 format with the pyramid structure going all the way down to level 9 anyway, I'm looking to edit the Scottish League Cup, I want to make the earlier rounds regionalised group stages, if I can't regionalise the group stages I'd be content with just regonalising the early rounds (until the last 16)

I'm struggling to think of how to regionalise competitons - it might be something simple I'm just constantly overlooking but any help/advise would be greatly appreciated
