Hello,
 

I am currently trying to create a playable basque national team in FM 24, but I'm encountering a problem. Most of the newgens from Pais Vasco don't have Basque as their second nationality while standart version of the game they always have second as Basque.

 

Also, I can't directly set Basque as their first nationality and Spain as their second.

There's another problem: The newgens with spain and basque nationality are only eligible to play for the spain national team, while the newgens with french and basque nationality are eligible to play for both national teams as it should be.

How can I manage to do it? 
Is Basque Country hard-coded in the game?
