I wanted to ask about the possibility ofmaking a Baltic league. It was a Baltic cup similar to Royal League in Scandinavia. I tried to make it myself, but i seriously messed up.

Just use this (probably only makes sense after V3) https://random.country/, then use a number generator to determine the division and press the "Random club" button in FM at the end. ^^
