Just to update everyone, you can now submit managerial changes aswell as other staff changes.

Please be aware of the following when using staff changes
When a club changes manager you must remove the old manager by releasing him on our update before transferring the new manager to that club, the reason is simply because replacing a manager makes that manager drop down to Assistant Manager.

We look forward to your submissions!

I'm not sure whats causing the two Martin Odegaards however, have you tried loading a database up with just LFC Marshall Update loaded, and then the same again with just the Live Update loaded? If so what results do you get on each?

For what its worth, we don't recommend using any other editor files with our update as sometimes (likely in your situation) using different editor files can cause conflictions.

It is with great sadness that today I have withdrawn from talks with Oldham Athletic. I would like to thank the Club, and those who have supported me in my lawful quest to find work. I apologise to the clubs supporters, sponsors and all those effected by the last 72 hours.

Sadly the ‘mob rule’ tactics employed by the more radical elements of our society and the constant media reporting has had the desired influence on some sponsors and the club would face significant financial pressure if I joined them. The most significant issue for me was that owing to the threat of funding opportunities being withdrawn which may jeopardise the building of Oldhams new stand it would mean that workers would lose their jobs and others would be put at risk - that would simply not be fair.

Upon legal advice, I chose not to discuss the events in question. My silence has been misinterpreted as arrogance and I would like to state that this could not be further from the truth.

I do remain limited at present by what I can say due to the ongoing application to the Criminal Cases Review Commission and whilst I continue to maintain my innocence, I wish to make it clear that I wholeheartedly apologise for the effect that that night in Rhyl has had on many people, especially the woman concerned.

Finally, it has been claimed that those using social media in an abusive and vindictive way towards this woman are supporters of mine. I wish to make it clear that these people are not my supporters and I condemn their actions entirely and will continue to do so.

They never encouraged it by setting up the website. The website was to made display evidence that were gathered but not used in court.

The main question here is, why wasn't it used?

Judge Merfyn Hughes allowed for the alleged victim being pissed, but somehow this just isn’t on for the two blokes. How does the judge know that the men hadn’t gradually lost their inhibitions during a day of steady alcohol consumption? Why is a woman devoid of inhibition allowed to shout rape, but guys in the same condition are supposed to keep a clear head and take 200% of the responsibility for good behaviour?

That bit summed it up for me.

Just think, from what I've seen and read about the case, there are parts of it that do and don't make any sense. It seems he was found guilty mainly based on the exiting the hotel via a fire-door, that probably didn't help him at all.

But then why would you book a hotel in you and your friends name, if you were gonna commit rape.

Should he be allowed to continue playing football? Oldham are currently in talks with him but there is a lot of pressure growing on them.

Not entirely sure he did commit rape either tbh.

To those who are saying hes served his time etc etc. He hasnt. He's been released from prison on license, so is still technically serving his sentence, just under supervision of a probation officer. If he does anything, even 5/10 minutes late for a meeting with his PO, then he can be recalled to prison to serve his sentence in the comfort of a cell, being bullied by hardened criminals.

Also, he's showed no remorse, whereas Lee Hughes and McCormick did. Surely he would have an agent clever enough to tell him to show remorse and not comment further regardless of how he felt personally in the interest of his career. Instead his made it a witch hunt on this girl whos had to change her identity 4/5 times.

Why would you show remorse for a crime you don't think you've committed? It would almost certainly have an effect on any appeal process too.

Hughes and McCormick also committed crimes of negligence, while their crimes had a deadly outcome, they did not have any criminal intent. Rape on the other hand is a crime that requires criminal intent.

This isn't entirely correct either.

I could go into a bar, pull a woman, have sex with her but then claim she raped me. Just because i say she raped me, doesn't actually mean she went in that night to commit a criminal offence on my word.

For FM 14 the FMC skin was converted to work with the full mode, this year nobody seems to have done it, can anyone, will anyone have any plans to do it?

Really love the FMC skin, but don't like the fact you can't use editor files on FMC.

If i'm a footballer on 20k a week and im in a bar and im noticed by a blonde who wants some "fun" and i end up consently having sex with her, she then wakes up the next morning regrets it and then says i raped her, knows i have money and tweets about how shes gonna buy a pink mini for 30k for her and her friend when she "wins big".

Is that all because of my actions? If she agreed to sex, it isn't rape. Rape is a very hard thing to judge in a court, and even when people are found to have made rape stories up, they never get as bad as what a rapist would anyway.

He very well might BE a rapist... But sure.

Nobody said he would be able to return as if nothing happened.

She was too drunk to give consent to Evans, yet she gave consent to McDonald, but wasn't too drunk to say yes to him? Why wouldn't they allow the tweets to be shown in court?

She also accused two rugby players of rape two years previous, but it never got to court as they paid her money. There are reports that she asked Sheffield United for 250,000 to drop the case, obviously there's no source but that's whats been branded about before.

The case defiantly has holes in it, this ones just a case of your own opinion on the thing, but there will be a lot of apologies needed if the appeal is successful.

10-2-8 online when i had the starter pack team isn't all that bad tbf. Two of which were against the TOTW on Ultimate.

It not about attitude, or that we only exist for cups, its basically the case of tactics.

When we play "big" teams, Premier League teams we have freedom, as them clubs attack opening space, we sit back and counter them spaces, in the League its the opposite we are the big team in the division with 20k attendances at home, so teams come to us to do what we do to big teams, but Clough with his amazingly stupid tactics makes us shut up shop and play them at there own game, so then its a defensive team vs a defensive team meaning its gonna finish in a draw a narrow win or a narrow loss. Either way, its a very inconsistent style of football.

If, and i mean a big if he gets us into the Championship, i have no doubt in my mind that he would keep us up, getting up will be the problem.

Also, Clough made the players walk around the stadium (outside) before the game too to take in the atmosphere.

Yeah, I've had a Messi which earnt me 6million, but pulling that was so fucking good, i was gonna buy him aswel. Got a Ribery earlier, they compliment each other well.
