Update:

Hello everyone, i'd like to update you on the progress of our Live Update!

I'd like to thank everyone who have submitted any changes, to help us get to where we are today, without you it would have been impossible! We have had a few teething problems through the way, which have been fixed, the Brazil problem the most irritating, and after a month we have finally got the bug sorted in our system, so we would like to thank you for your patience whilst we resolved this issue.

I've been overwhelemed with the amount of people submitting changes today (transfer deadline) meaning we are one of the first FM14 fansites to have the most up to date update, at least in England and Scotland, but thats not limited to those countries.

So thank you again and i hope you enjoy the up to date transfer update! Please feel free to add any changed that hasn't already been submitted by clicking here

No changes regarding CA/PA to Berahino have been modified at all, and with West Brom signing a few others in his position, hes gone down the pecking order.

I can't control what teams want who on loan either

first off im new here but this seems like such a good idea - just a quick question does this only deal with major big team tranfers or is it all up to date such as the conference and below and scottish teams?

The more people submitting data the more up to date the update will be.

Its fairly up to date though, yeah.

Yes, this is because New York FC aren't a playable team in Football Manager, you'll need to load players from all nations (England and US) when starting a new game.

You need to make that edit in the Basefile, not the data file.

Hi Guys,

Not here to criticise, just a suggestion.

With regards to specific leagues and transfers, would it not be easiest to ask people to take specific teams and report back on all activity at a club to ensure no details are missed, similar to how they currently review each team for the real game?

Got no doubt there will be lots willing to part!!

Again, Just a suggestion to ease your workloads! Keep up the good work!!

No as this is for everyone to use, if we were to assign people to leagues other people who want a change doing in that league wouldn't submit changes as the person in charge of that league may be offended that he got there first.

The way we work is any man and his dog can submit a real life change, and it be accpeted within a few hours and everytime a change is accepter a new build is ready to download for everyone.

No waiting for download release dates either.

yes, but I say that in fm2014, the loans added manually starting in 2014, have no effect when starting a game, did not take this type of update within the game.
This is a problem because most of the transfers are on loan

No the manual loans have the correct dates.

As you can see in the picture below, using the SortitoutSI Data Update, a loan that was confirmed today, is now in the game.

Sorry, what?

When a loan is submitted via the system, i manually assign that loan in the Basefile, i then approve the loan so people know that the loan is now in the database, and appears on the accepted list that you see before you download the update.

Loans are currently broken in the system version hence the manual submissions by myself, and will be fixed for FM 15.

In FM14 the European seasons begin in mid-year 2013.
In this update, there are loans starting in 2014, Therefore, have no effect when starting a new game.

Its a problem noted, but loans are actually inputted into the basefile manually, with correct dates.
