FM 16 crashes just before I play my first competitive fixture in the Regional League Group 6 (England). My save is with Wanderers F.C. who in my first season won the league and got promoted to the Regional League Group 6.... Is this something to do with the editor files I downloaded or another issue entirely?? Has anyone else had these problem or is it just me?

The error that comes up says:

"A serious error was encountered and the application will close. An error file has been generated in: C:\Users\Beast\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\crash dumps\FM 2016 v16.1.1.760934 (2015.12.02 16.49.49).dmp
