Today i downloaded a database with Belgian lower leagues but the north teams go into the south divisions and vice versa, can someone helpe me out so they stay in their regions please? Thanks in advance!

I want to add Championship playoffs in the Premier League. How to open the Premier League properly in the editor to edit it because when I open the league and add the playoffs it says 'Teams can't relegate from the Premier League because there is no underlying competition.'
