I've definitely extracted the face pack to the right place;
Sports interactive > Football Manager 2020 > graphics > sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_12.04 > sortitoutsi >

why when i reload the skin (ticking and unticking all the correct boxes) does it not update the faces in game?
