Now I know this fix, but I do find it interesting how when I applied the files to an existing save, Inter went back to Inter, but Napoli stayed Parthenope

Yeah that’s what happened to me. I just ended up using the nickname fix mentioned in the first post.

Hey just manually updated! For some reason it looks like 3 Australia codes failed in a row and i'm not 100% sure right now.
