You'll need a config.xml file in that folder, an easy way to do it would be to download the 3d kit pack for that league then simply replace the files as you want to, or download FMXML, follow through with that and it will generate a config again, but if you wanna do it manually then create the config.txt (change to .xml when saving it) and add;

<record from="sheffieldutd_1" to="graphics/pictures/team/708/kit_textures/home"/>

</record>

(FMXML adds this as it is shown above)

Note; the "sheffieldutd_1" can be changed to whatever file name you have, so in your case "Adidas 167", the 708 is the team ID so if you wanted to set that as the kit for, I dunno, Shrewsbury, you'd change that to 710.

Also I recommend putting together a folder system, once you get a few kits it's a bit of a faff to find the one you want.
