I got the same error of brqs06.
I removed every other data but when I put "League and Club Changes" I got error in selecting Spain.
Any suggestion how to fix it?

Spanish Second Division B3 features Huracán Valencia CF, which no longer play in a competitive league. This can be solved using the Editor to load 'League & Club Changes' to make the team not play in a league, thus solving the problem of Spain not loading in the game.
