I don't have an editor, can you give me a link to download one am playing FM16.2 or help me out with the edition

I got the same error of brqs06.
I removed every other data but when I put "League and Club Changes" I got error in selecting Spain.
Any suggestion how to fix it?

I have commented on this thread outlining why this is and how to fix it, let me know if you need any help.

Spanish Second Division B3 features Huracán Valencia CF, which no longer play in a competitive league. This can be solved using the Editor to load 'League & Club Changes' to make the team not play in a league, thus solving the problem of Spain not loading in the game.
