Just to check, you are using the Winter Update correct?

the problem is solved when i delete game and all files and reinstall thanks

The file is not damaged, or else nobody would be able to play Spain ever.

Do you have anything else installed such as the Susie real name fix? Clashes between the two are known sometimes, but the file isn't broken.

As you can see, there is only 20 teams set in the file.

ı don't install anythink before
whatever ı try delete game and reinstall again maybe it's work

You need to delete all old files in your editor data folder and then install the latest update to ensure there are no conflicting files, using the update alongside old files or files form other updates can cause conflicts.

firstly ı'm sorry about my english

when ı load the "fm16 League and Club Changes_D1DA5E4F-E55A-469A-8F97-BA3DB35C20D7.fmf" data ı received an error in spanish division about require max of 20 team for second division b3 found 21 teams.
