I said it was a rookie mistake - I had the data files still in the unzipped folder.  Duh, head banged on wall and resolved.

Hey, this is probably the most rookiest of rookie errors, but when I've added the data update into my FM26 folder as shown, there's no data file showing in the game also shown.  can anyone spot what is going wrong

 

I'm using the Gamepass version if that helps?
