disculpen la ignorancia como se instala este parche ??

La parte del documento .fmf  lo copias en editor data  y los graficos en pictures

disculpen queria saber como puedo hacer para crear hacer o modificar un archivo .ivf
por otro lado ponga el parche que ponga las publicidades 2d nunca se ven, si me pueden ayudar gracias

Hello everyone this is the first time I write I hope to do in the right place but I apologize.
