So, it´s a game problem, right? It´s posibly that the addon make that error? No one who added this patch has this error?

Hi, I dowloaded the argentinian structure but copa sudamericana never starts. At first it says "the matches will be drawn 23 of july", on that date, it says "matches will begin on 9 of august" but when I reach that date, it says "the matches will be drawn on july of 2017. The matches will begin on 9 of august 2016" and the cup are not played.
