I think I have found AiZak and Randomkut's problem. Maybe \'Appy \'Ammer uploaded the wrong file. When I use the files in this website (International file, Russia file and Belarus file), the Russian national team becomes Soviet Unions (and OLD Russia) and I cannot play Russia League, but when I use the files that you uploaded in Sports Interactive Community, everything worked as I wanted
