Hello, misters from all over the globe.

I would appreciate your help in understanding what I'm missing to get my formation working.

I really like the 4-1-2-2-1 (433) tactical formation, however I'm having a lot of difficulty scoring goals.

The team gets there but ends up "playing" with the ball in the final third.

The style of play I like is quick passing and counter-attacking, in order to catch the opponent off guard.

However, defensively I don't intend to apply brutal pressure in a way that displaces the players and creates space.
