People:
125 new players added
Entire starting 11s for every Tredjeliga Vest team
Fixed several minor issues with player histories

Clubs:
Added new badge and kits for FC Finnby
Updated rules of Järnvag B so they can now only field U23 players
Updated seat color of Arbeider Anengard's stadium to match club colours
Added several 'extinct' clubs
Fixed some small issues with team league histories

Competitions:
Fixed OFF cup final not being held at national stadium
Fixed Super cup final not being held at national stadium
Regional cup finals now held at neutral venue
Added historical winners for all regional cups
Added extended history for OFF Cup
Added logos (and corresponding colours) for all regional cups

Bugs and Glitches:
Fixed issue with some award names not showing properly

Other:
Updated latitude and longitude values for all cities & stadiums to more realistic values
