I have managed to work out where the program files is, my computer then C drive. I've followed the instructions and am happy that the German National team and Competition names are working now, however Fake Club names still exist, please elaborate on 'Club names are only changed if you apply the editor data files before starting a new game'?
I have a data editor file I load with my created club, kept that ticked and started a new game, didn't work, and also unticked my edited database and that's also not made the club names change??

sorry incase I don't give you the info your asking im running Windows 7 using a disc not through steam download.

i have been looking for a while now, and I cant locate the named folder football manager 2017 data, so I can delete the dbc , edt and Inc folders. I have downloaded the files ok and have them ready to paste and have downloaded face packs logos etc for many years now with no problems. not sure why my FM is any different to anyone elses?
